Do you charge for a call-out or a quote?
No. We're happy to talk through your problem over the phone and give you an honest, upfront quote at no obligation before any work begins.
Are you Gas Safe registered and qualified?
Yes. Brad is City & Guilds BPEC qualified with nearly 20 years' plumbing experience, and Plumbing Solutions Worthing is on the Gas Safe Register for all gas and boiler work.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes, we run a 24/7 emergency plumber service for burst pipes, major leaks and loss of hot water. Call us and we'll talk you through what to do immediately, then attend as quickly as possible.
